Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible reputed contractors who have the following eligibility criteria:a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electro-mechanical works shall be 05 years.b) The minimum specific experience in similar works of at least 01 contract successfully completed within last the 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 Lac. The above experience/work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5.00 Lac within the last 05 years.d) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset as Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 Lac.e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License.All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Tender Documents.
