Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:a) Valid Trade License: A current and duly renewed Trade License issued by the competent authority.b) Updated VAT Registration Certificate: A valid VAT Registration Certificate in compliance with the latest VAT regulations.c) Updated Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate: A valid TIN Certificate issued by the National Board of Revenue (NBR).d) Updated Income Tax Certificate: A valid and updated Income Tax Certificate/Income Tax Payment Receipt for the immediate past Assessment Year, as applicable.e) Bank Solvency Certificate: The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1 (One) Crore..f) General Experience Declaration: The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (Three) years.g) Specific Experience Certificate: The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 90 (Ninety) Lakh.h) Manufacturer Authorization letter:The Tenderer must submit valid Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Item No. 13 (...
