The Tenderer shall havea) Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2025-26)b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate.c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or FY 2024-25)d)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [5 (Five)] years.e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply & installation of Computer, Computer accessories & electronics equipment (home appliances) in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 120.00 lac in any government/semi government/ autonomous/private organization within last 5(five) years from the date of IFTf) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Computer, Computer accessories & electronics equipment (home appliances) as 800 (eight hundred) Nos. per year over the last 5 (five) yearsg)The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 160.00 lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
