Having e-TIN Certificate and Income Tax Clearance Certificate with acknowledgement Slip for the financial Year of 2024-2025.3. Having Vat Registration Certificate (BIN) with last three-month online submission copy.4. Having Bank Solvency Certificate (Collected on or after July 2025).5. Having Bank Statement (01 September 2024 to 31 August 2025)6. Having minimum period of general experience of Five (5) years in the supply of same products.7. Having the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Same goods of at least Two (2) contracts successfully completed within the last Three (3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 40,00,000 (Forty Lac Taka Only) from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
