Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Bidder shall have general experience for supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of goods (20.0 Cusec or above Irrigation Pump-motor set) and related services at least 15.00 crore under 2 number of contracts in the last 3 years in any Govt./Semi Govt/ Autonomous organizations in Bangladesh.2. Bidder should have Specific experience of the supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 20 cusec or above Centrifugal Pump-Motor/Split Case Pump motor Set with a value of 12.00 Crore in a single contract within the last 5 years in any Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous organizations in Bangladesh. Also experience should be for the supply and installation of pontoon with pump motor set with a value of minimum 4.00 crore in a single contract within last 5 years any Govt./Semi Govt/ Autonomous organizations in Bangladesh.3. Bidder shall be Local manufacturer or Authorized Representative/agent of Foreign Manufacturer.4. Bidder should have Exclusive Agency agreement/Authorization with Manufacturer.5. The Foreign manufacturer can authorize only one representative.6. Bidder should have updated ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Certificate.7. Tenderer must have updated Industrial license, trade license, Updated Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.8. Pump, Motor must be from European Country origin and Factory should be located there.9. The Bidder or Manufacturer should submit a Declaration on letterhead pad regarding the product was not made before the year 2024.10. Bidders have to confirm the Green Manufacturing Plant and Materials should be supplied from Green Manufacturing Plant.11. Manufacturer must be experienced of minimum 10 years.12.
