Project Name : Renovation and repair of record rooms in the office of the Deputy Commissioner
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:a) The tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in construction works.b) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature of electro-mechanical works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac in a single contract under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.c) The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk 35.00 lac during last 5 (Five) Years.Payment certificate for contracts (onlyGovernment/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.d)The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of e-PW2A-8 in original form) of Tk. 25.00 Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable..e)The tender capacity is Tk 30.00 Lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.f) The Tenderer must have Updated Trade License, TIN/Tax Return Document, VAT Registration Document and Up-to date ...
