Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Submit a Valid & Update Trade License Certificate 2024-25;2. Submit Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate along with TIN Certificate;3. Submit a Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN 13 digit);4. Joint venture, Consortium Association (JVCA) is not eligible;5. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Similar Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (03) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;6. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 11(Eleven Lakh) in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Private Organization of Bangladesh, Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer will submit the copy of contract deed along with the completion certificate in the e-GP system.];7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s),net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 10 (Ten Lakh) [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.];8. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;9. Submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is supplier);10. Any / All tenderers who have registration in the Government e-GP system may participate in the tender provided they fulfill the criteria stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). The Tenderer shall be evaluated based on the latest revision of PPA-2006 & PPR-2008. Tenderers must upload Rate Analysis in support of their quoted rates if the total quoted amount is more than 15% (above/less) than the approved official estimated cost
