Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in lift supply, installation, testing & commissioning work.b) The tenderer must have the experience of satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 50.00 lakh under a single number of contract over a period of last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/organization.(c)The tenderer shall submit a certificate stated that one year's experience of maintenance of minimum 20 nos of lift and a detailed list of that experience shall be certified in a prescribed form and attested by Executive Engineer/equivalent officer of concern department/ organization.d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 100.00 lakh over the last 05 years which will be based on work completion certificates. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 lakh.f) (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) VAT Registration Certificate, (iv) ABC electrical contractory & supervisory license.g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.h) Authorization letter from the Manufacturer, supplier or engineering solution provider to participate in this tender mentioning clearly that the principal company shall provide all technical and engineering support.i) The tenderer shall fillup and submit Specifications mentioned in section 7.
