Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:a) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience of supply of the Lift and related services.b) The minimum specific experience as supplier of Passenger Lift and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Passenger lift) at least 1 contract successfully completed within last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 34.00 lac in a single tender under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed (FORM-A).c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 40.00 Lac [Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8) only]d) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is 02 Nos Passenger Lift per year over the last 05(Five) years.e) Up-to Date valid Trade License, VAT Certificate (BIN) and income tax clearance certificate from NBR.f) Up-to Date ABC Electrical Contractor and Supervisory License.g) Manufacturer Authorization as per TDS.h) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, TDS and Tender Document.
