Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:(a) The tenderer shall have a satisfactory completion of AMR Water Meter/tele metering network related work of at least Tk 30.00 Lakhs under a single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 85.00 Lakhs. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. The period will be best 3 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years.(c) The required minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 Lakhs.(d) The required minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 32.00 Lakhs(e) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.(f) Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Manufacturer Authorization Letter, brochure, catalogue, etc.(g) Other required conditions and documents of this tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.(h) The meter should be comply with existing software installed in BEPZA provided by Waison Group Ltd. (China).(i) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
