Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a. Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier who have minimum 5(five) years of general experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Body(GoB)b. Minimum 1 (one) number similar nature goods supply completion experience of value not less than Tk 3.00 (Three) lakh in a single Notification of Award ( NOA) in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Body (GoB) in last 5 (five) years ( both NOA and Completion Certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ Equivalent Officer must be submitted). c.Liquid asset/ credit facility/ free cash fund not less than 4( Four) lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. Incase of credit line facilities, specific format ( PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition must be submitted. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.d.Tender Security is Tk 12,000.00 (Twelve thousand) to be issued in favour of Chief Engineer, SUST, Sylhet.e. All backward date will to be counted from the date of publication of IFT in eGP portal. Conditionsa. Sample of each and every item as per instruction must be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before delivery of goods.b.
