Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of overall experience.b) The tenderer must have the experience of satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 25 lakh under a single number of contract over a period of last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/organization.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 130.00 lakh for the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years which will be based on work completion certificates. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 20.00 lakh.e) (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Manufacturer Authorization Letter f) The agency certificate appointment by the princle proposed aircooler must be submitted.f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
