Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer: As per Tender Document :1) Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS/Specification.2) Tenderer should submit their credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Amount of liquid asset is TK.42,00,000.00 BDT (Forty Two Lakh) Taka.3) Tenderer must have Valid/Up to date Trade license, VAT and Tax Certificate.4) The Tenderer must have minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Air conditioner (AC) or similar goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with at least minimum TK 37,00,000.00 BDT (Thirty Seven Lakh) Taka. Specific nature experience will be treated as similar nature experience.5) Tenderer must have Minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in supply of Air conditioner (AC) and related Goods.6) Rest of the criteria mentioned in Uploaded Specification. Signed Uploaded Specification is Final.7) Tenderer shall submit their proposal as per tender documents and Uploaded Specification. Signed Uploaded Specification is Final.8) Tenderer must submit Manufacturer authorization letter or letter from sole distributor.9) Tenderer must submit the Catalogue/Brochure of offered Air conditioner (AC) with tender documents.10) If tenderer unable to submit any documents which is required for tender evaluation, this tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.11) After completion of the tender opening process, if any documents related to tender evaluation are not downloaded, this tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.12) Retention money/ security money, performance security will be released after 12 (twelve) months of successfully competition of delivery of goods/works/supply. 13) Warranty period shall be as per specification which shall be confirmed by writing with a stamps of TK 300 during contract agreement.
