Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed contractors/ construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works/ similar nature of acoustic, sound & lighting work.b) Having specific experience as a prime contractor/Subcontractor/Authorization from retractable chair seating system supplier in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar acoustic, light & sound system work including retractable auditorium chair installation works of Tk. 3.50 (Three point five) crore in a single contract OR separately successful completion of acoustic, light & sound system work of Tk. 2.00 (Two) crore in a single contract and successful completion of retractable chair seating system supply of Tk 1.50 (One point five) crore in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/Autonomous /Private Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years . In case of private sector experience, the work certificate must be vetted by concern PWD's Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of works.c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk 7.00 (Seven) Crore.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4.50 (Four point five) crore.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 5 (five) croref) The Tenderer must possess: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificateiii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate iv) Up to date ABC category contractory & supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.g) Terms and conditions (as uploaded in Section No-7) related to the Acoustic works will be applicable for this tender.h) Contractor should submit authorization letter from the manufacturer for major imported items.i) Tender will be evaluated with ... - Documents :
