Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:i) Updated Income tax payment certificate with TIN.ii) Valid Trade Licence;iii) VAT Registration Certificate,iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shallbe Tk 40.00 Lac. Liquid assets i.e. working capital or Bank Commitment or Bank credit linedocument should be submitted as per ITT Clause 15.1(b).v) Two experience certificate each 20 lac or Single experiance certificate 40 lac of supply of similarGoods for the last 5 (five) years.vi) The amount of the tender security shall be tk 135000/-( One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand Taka Only)vii) Supplier must have mentioned brand name of all spplied items.viii) Minimum annual turnover in the last 3 (three) years preceding the date of submission of thetender is not less than TK 80 Lac.ix) Must be submitted Company Authorization Letter
