Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : International Manufacturers/Authorized suppliers, who have minimum 05 (Five) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender. The minimum supply & setting value of similar goods (0.5/1.0 cusec or above sabove solar system used in irrigation purpose) under Two contract in the last 05 (Five) years is Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) lakhThe certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) lakh.The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) lakh at least in a single day after published the tender at E-GP system. ISO 9001:14001 or latest Certificate in favour of the manufacturer of goods is required.The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Supply of 0.5/1.0 cusec or above above solar system used in irrigation purpose per year.The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots (if reponsive lowest in more than 02 (Two) lots) under the project.The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
