Direct Manufacturer Authorization letter from OEM (Any local authorization letter will not be accepted).6. Direct Manufacturer Warranty Certificate and Production Capacity Certificate from OEM (Any local authorization letter will not be accepted). On Site support with spare parts.7. Valid ISO Certificate must be submitted by tenderer.8. Original Product Brochure/Catalogue.9. Import Registration Certificate (IRC) with a slab of BDT minimum 01 crore and it should be submitted with the tender.10. BCS Certificate11. Product-s Distributorship/Partnership/Dealership Certificate.12. Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tenderer including National ID.13. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of general experience in the supply of similar goods and related services to any government organization (including semi-government and autonomous bodies). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.14. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 2,00,00,000 (Tk Two Crore only) under maximum 02 (Two) contracts within last 05 (five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.15. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets is BDT 1,50,00,000/- (One Crore Fifty Thousand Only).16. 3 Crore TK Turn Over Certificate from approved CA Firm in last year.
