Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer should submit the certificate of followings. a) Up to date VAT registrationb) Up to date income tax Certificate.c) Up to date Trade licensed) National Certificate.2. The tenderer must have completed similar type of contract having minimum valuation of Tk 8.70 Lac in single work in last 5(five) years.3. Minimum liquid asset Should be TK 7.60 Lac .4. The tenderer must have annual turn over for Tk 8.70 Lac in last 5(five) years.5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC.6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.7.Authorization letter8. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.9.According to the clause 31(3) of PPA-2006 , the tenderer-s quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be consider as non-responsive.
