Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers must submit valid, authentic, and up-to-date documents. Failure to meet any requirement will result in disqualification. Required documents include a valid Trade License and Factory License for FY 2024-25, TIN, BIN, VAT Registration Certificate, proof of the last three months' VAT return, and the latest Income Tax Return. Limited companies must provide a Certificate of Incorporation from RJSC. A membership certificate from the Bangladesh Furniture Industries Owners Association and a DVS-verified audit report for FY 2023-24 are mandatory. A declaration on official letterhead, signed by the Managing Director or authorized person, must confirm the company-s production capacity, number of skilled workers, delivery lead time, and factory location with total area. Additional documents include Power of Attorney (if applicable), NID or passport of the signatory, a bank solvency certificate issued within the last six months, and a line of credit certificate from a scheduled bank. Only original manufacturers are eligible—authorization letters will not be accepted. The manufacturer must have at least 10 showrooms nationwide, including 5 in Dhaka, and a valid environmental clearance. Bidders must show at least 3 years of supply experience and 3 similar contracts with government organizations in the last 5 years, each valued at Tk. 9,30,000 or more. A product catalog, technical specifications, minimum 1-year warranty with after-sales support, and product samples or visuals must be submitted.
