• Project Name : Activating Village Courts in Bangladesh Phase III Project
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of similar furniture and related services (production, packaging and distribution) shall be 5 years.(ii) The minimum specific experience in supply of similar Goods (Steel File Cabinet, Almirah etc) of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.45 Crore.(iii) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is 1950 number of Steel File Cabinet per year.(iv) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1.95 Crore.(v) The Tenderer must have their Own Steel Furniture Manufacturing Factory with standard manufacturer equipment & skilled manpower(vi) Trade License/Business registration (Updated), TIN and VAT RegistrationN.B.: (All relevant documents in terms of Contract/Purchase Order, Bank Certificate, Certificate of satisfactory performance, Tax Certificate, Trade License (Updated), VAT Registration etc. must be attached with bid proposal to substantiate the above eligibility).
