Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.b. (i) The minimum specific experience of the tenderer in supply of electrical goods to any govt. power utility in Bangladesh of at least two (02) contracts successfully completed each with a contract value of at least 09 (nine) crore within the last five (05) calendar years, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT, along with end user(s) certificate (supported by NOA and contract signing agreement). The experience certificate(s) must be duly signed by the end-user and include the contract reference, the contract value, the date of issuance, the name of the supplied goods and services by the tenderer. (ii) The manufacturer of the offered goods must have performance certificate(s) for its manufactured offered type or a higher-sized conductor and cable, demonstrating at least 01 (one) year of satisfactory operation in any public electricity utility as the end user within the last ten years. The performance certificate(s) must be duly signed by the end-user and shall include the contract reference, the contract value, the name of the manufacturer, the date of issuance, the date of commissioning and confirmation that the performance of the supplied conductors and cables has been satisfactory for at least 01 (one) year.For deatils please see TDS.
