Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. The Tenderer shall be a legally established entity registered in Bangladesh under the Companies Act and shall submit certified copies of relevant registration documents.2. The Tenderer must possess a valid Internet Service Provider (ISP) License issued by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).3. The Tenderer shall have: a) Valid Trade License; b) Valid TIN Certificate; c) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN); d) Latest Income Tax Payment Acknowledgement receipt4. The Tenderer shall not be debarred, suspended, or blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body, or Regulatory Authority in Bangladesh.5. The Tenderer must comply with the provisions of the Latest Public Procurement Act and Public Procurement Rules.6. The Tenderer shall have at least five (05) years of experience in providing dedicated Internet/Data connectivity services.7. The Tenderer must have: a) Own nationwide fiber optic backbone network or valid agreement with licensed Tier-1 ISP(s); b) Redundant upstream connectivity and backup support system;8. The Tenderer shall guarantee a minimum 99% uptime for the service;9. The Tenderer must operate a 24/7 Network Operation Center (NOC) with helpdesk support.10.
