Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : • Local manufacturer who has industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE), Five years overall production and 5 (Five) years specific experience in supplying 250 mm dia uPVC pipe and moulded fittings in any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization. (Details describes in TDS).• Factory test report must be submitted with the supplied goods.• Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1m uPVC pipe, T-joint 1 piece, air vent pipe -1 piece (3.3 meter), End cap 1 piece) in Narsingdi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document• Production capacity with detailed analysis must be submitted with the tender documents.• The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents. Work certificate to be attached with the tender.• The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease, or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.• Tenderer whose earlier any similar work is/was not completed in right time or any similar work completed with LD (Liquidated damage) according to work order will not be considered for acceptance after evaluation.• JVCA is not allowed.
