Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The tenderer must submit up to date electro-mechanical enlistment license issued by Dhaka WASA/PWD/WDB/PDB or any government organization.(b) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Contractor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.(c) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.(d) The tenderer must submit Up to date Trade License .(e) The tenderer must submit Up to date PSR (Proof of submission of return).(f) The tenderer must submit VAT Registration certificate.(g) Bank Statement (s) or Certificate (s) in support of Liquid assets or Credit facilities of minimum 20 Lakh Tk. (Bank statement or certificate should be issued maximum one month before publishing IFT).(h) The tenderer must submit experience certificate of repair and maintenance of VFD (Variable Frequency Drive).(I)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40 Lakh over the last five(5) years.(j)The Contractor must submit documents in fovour of VFD repair and maintenance facility.(k) Tenderer must submit skilled manpower i.e site engineer, supervisor & technician.(l) Tenderer must have own/rented registered workshop with necessary equipments and machineries needed inside workshop to complete the work.(m) All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents (TDS and PCC).
