Eligibility of Tenderer : As per TDS and ITT 1. Similar nature of work : TK 18,00,000.002. Average annual construction turnover : TK 32,40,000.00 ( Over the Best 3 Years in the Last 5 Years )3. Liquid assets or working capital TK : 18,00,000.004. Tender Capacity : 28,80,000.005. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.6. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.7. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.8. To ensure the Quality of the material, Various tests shall be performed by the tenderer as per instruction.9.
