Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shallbe 03 (Three) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in supplyingmanpower over a period of last 02 (Two) years in a single contract with avalue of minimum Tk. 03 (Three) lac shall be required.3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least Tk.4.00 (Four) lac over the last 03 (Three) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit line(s)of the Tenderer shallbe Tk. 3.00 (Three) lac (Form e-PPS2-5).5. The Tenderer must submit the following updated documents: valid TradeLicense, VAT registration certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Banksolvency certificate, Papers related to previous manpower supply experience.6. Updated License/ Registration Document as manpower provider firmissued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE)in compliance of Section 3Ka(1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure insubmitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of theconcerned bidder.7. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
