Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 03(Three) years overall experience in the supply of printing related raw materials or goods.b) The satisfactory completion of supply of Book Stitching Wire or Spare Parts of minimum BDT 35(Thirty Five) Lac in the last 03(Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.c) The Tenderer will have to submit up to date (a) Income Tax Clearance Certificate(2020-2021) , (b) TIN Certificate, (c) Valid Trade License,(d) Bank Solvency Certificate, (e) VAT Registration Certificate,(f) Certificate of Liquid Asset /Working Capital/Credit Facility.d) The Tenderer will have to submit Certificate of Liquid Asset /Working Capital/Credit Facility indicating the minimum amount of BDT 35(Thirty Five) Lac only within selling Tender Document and dropping date.e) The Tenderer will have to submit Manufacturer/ Distributor-s Authorization Letter & Catalogue and samples.(f) The Tenderer will have to mention detail Technical Specifications of his products that will be supplied if he is given work order.g) Please read details mentioned in the TDS and submit Tender Proposal accordingly.
