Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. As per the terms and conditions of the schedule, the bidder must have completed at least 50% of the total value of similar tyre-s supply work in a single contract.2. Attested copy of the VAT registration certificate, TIN & Income Tax certificate, Updated Trade License must be submitted.3. The tyre-s must be produced/purchased from sold distributor/authorised suppliyer-s. Relevant supporting documents (purchase evidence if procured) must be submitted.4. Three years Warranty certificate must be submitted by the supplier.5. A Pay Order/Bank Draft of BDT 12500/- (Seventeen thousand) in favor of Moulvibazar Palli Bidyut Samity must be submitted/attached with the tender as tender security (earnest money).6. Bank credit commitment letter of (Financial Capacity Certificate ) BDT 400000/- (four lakhs) in favor of Moulvibazar Palli Bidyut Samity must be submitted.
