  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : • The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant business including IT based profession.• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed SSL/TLS Certificate in a single contract within last 3 (Three) years, amounting a value of at least Tk. 3 (three) Lac in a contract in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization/ UGC Approved University. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.• The tenderer shall be certified partner/distributor of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).• The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the mentioned project.• The tenderer shall be technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet. Original Brochure must be submitted.• The tenderer shall have sales & service center in nearest places as if after calling they can provide support within maximum 5 hours.• The tenderer should submit valid Import Registration Certificate (IRC), Incorporation Certificate, ISO 9001-2015, BCS & BASIS Membership Certificate.• Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents.• The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 3 (three) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.• The tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.• Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
