Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 3 (Three) years.(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar type of Work for amount not less than Tk. 4.20 (Four point two zero) lakh in a single contract of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization during last 3 (Three) years.(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 3 (Three) financial years of Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) lakh. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 3.00 (Three) lakh in the form PW2a-3(Failing to submit in PW2a-3will make the tenderer non-responsive).Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.(e) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.(f) The tenderer must have updated valid trade license.(g) Updated income tax certificate from NRB.(h) VAT registration certificate.(i) All other qualifications, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Data Sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the Tender.
