Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation Tender is open to all eligible for contractors having the following qualifications :-(a) Up to date valid Trade License. (b) Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate.(c) Valid A, B & C Category Contractor & Supervisor License.(d) VAT Registration Certificate .(e) Experience have completed in a single tender 4.50 lac same nature of works in period of 05(five) years.(f) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 6.00 lac and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2a-3 form.(g) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.00 lac over the last 05 years.(h) Tender capacity Tk 5.0 lac.
