Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as outlined below:1. General Experience: Reputed contractors/firms who have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience.2. Specific Experience: Experience in the successful completion of similar work amounting to a minimum of Taka 300.00 Lac in a single contract, in Bangladesh Government / SemiGovernment / Private sector during the last 5 (five) years.3. The bidder must have an average annual turnover of at least Taka 350.00 Lac over the last five years. The bidder shall provide relevant payment certificates or documents from the National Board of Revenue (NBR) to support the claimed turnover.4. Liquid Assets/Working Capital:The minimum amount of liquid assets, working capital, or credit facilities for the tenderer shall be Taka 300.00 Lac. [Only Letter of Credit (LoC) commitment for the bank's undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)], issued no earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of the tender, is acceptable. Submission of a Tender Bank Solvency Certificate or Bank Statement will not be entertained.5. Required Documents:o Updated Trade License, BIN, PWD Enlistmento Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate from NBRo VAT Registration Certificate6. Licenses:o Updated ABC Electric Contractor Licenseo Electric Supervisory License from the Electric Licensing Board, Government of BangladeshThe bidder must have experience in the supply and installation of surveillance systems/ Fire systems at Bangladesh government KPI sites (e.g., National Assembly, Secretariat, CAO/PMO, Bangabhaban, etc.) during the last five (5) years.
