Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in Digital Survey works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 40 (Forty) lacs under single Contract in Govt/SemiGovt./Autonomous/private organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk 1 (one) crore in Govt./SemiGovt./Autonomous/private organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 10 (Ten) lacs and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2a-3 form. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date.
