  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) year of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods or spare parts to any utility in Bangladesh of minimum BDT 32 Lac (Thirty Two lac only) under maximum 02 contracts within the last 3 (Three) years. [Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 35 Lac (Twenty Five lac only) amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission. (In case of credit facility, Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name.)The Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence (i.e. certificates) in support of the above requirements.The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and e-VAT/ VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD].The Tenderer shall comply with all the other requirements as mentioned in the Section-1: Instructions to the Tenderers (ITT) of the e-Tender Document (e-TD).
