  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. National Tenderer must have updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and updated Income Tax certificate/ tax acknowledgement receipt of latest assessment year. Foreign tenderers must have equivalent documents.2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services, supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The tenderers shall have the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Mechanical/electrical equipment or spare parts or consumables) in at least 2(Two) contracts, each with a minimum value of USD 12,000 (Twelve thousand) or equivalent currency, in any government owned organization or any Power Utilities completed within the last 04 (Four) years, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT e-GP System. Among the mentioned contracts, at least one (1) contract must incorporate products of “Goods to be imported” nature where the total value of foreign goods must be above USD 12,000 (Twelve thousand) or equivalent.4. Tenderer shall have minimum amount of credit facility of USD 12,000.00 (USD Twelve Thousand) Only or equivalent currency.5. Tenderer must be authorized by the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of the items mentioned in the tender to supply the goods.6. Tenderer must comply with all the conditions and requirements stated in TDS and PCC of the tender document.
