Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. National Tenderer must have updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, and updated Income Tax certificate/ tax acknowledgement receipt of latest assessment year. Foreign tenderers must have equivalent documents.2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services, supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The tenderers shall have the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Mechanical/electrical equipment or spare parts or consumables) of minimum USD 65,000 (Sixty-Five thousand) or equivalent currency in maximum 3 (Three) contracts, in any government owned organization or any Power Utilities of Bangladesh completed within the last 05 (Five) years, at least one (1) contract must either be of International Procurement type or incorporate goods which have been imported through the tenderer from abroad. Completion of any contract amounting to less than USD 20,000 (Twenty thousand) or equivalent currency shall not be accepted.4.
