  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. National Tenderer must have updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and updated Income Tax certificate/ tax acknowledgement receipt of latest assessment year. Foreign tenderers must have equivalent documents.2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Similar Goods (Equipment/Spare parts/Consumables) to any Government-owned organization or any Power Utility of a minimum of USD 200,000.00 (USD Two Hundred Thousand) Only or equivalent amount under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (Five) years; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Among the mentioned contacts, at least 01 (One) contract must involve importing the delivered goods from abroad amounting not less than USD 100,000.00 (USD One Hundred Thousand) Only or equivalent.4. Tenderer shall have minimum amount of credit facility of USD 200,000.00 (USD Two Hundred Thousand) Only or equivalent currency.5. Tenderer must be authorized by the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of the items mentioned in the tender to supply the goods.
