• Project Name : Establishment of Rangamati Medical College and Hospital and Nursing College
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Reputed Contactors/ Construction/Soil test firms having general experience in Soil Testing/Investigation works of minimum 05 (Five) year's [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] .(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least 01 contract of soil investigation works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lac [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] .(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than TK. 24.00 (Twenty Four) Lac over the last 5 (Five) financial years.(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10.00 (Ten) Lac.(f) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lac.g) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.h) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.i) Up-to-date Valid VAT Registration Certificate.j) All Other Terms and Conditions have been Mentioned in the ITT, GCC, TDS and PCC of this tender.
