Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences,Latest income Tax certificate,Valid e-TIN certificate,VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate,Authorization Letter.2. Tenderes shall have the legal capacity to inter into the contract,under the applicable law.3. Tenderers must have experience as per ITT clause 9.1 otherwise tender will be non-responsive.4.
