Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : dis invitation for Tender is open for all eligible reputed contractors who have the following eligibility criteria:a) The minimum number of years in general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector shall be at least 01 (One) contract of Supplying, Fitting, Fixing and Installation of LED Electric Street Light with Pole successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 65,00,000.00 (Sixry Five Lakh). The above experience / work completion certification a prescribed Form A (attached herewith) shall have to be submitted.c) The required average annual construction turnover ie. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater TEMPthan Tk. 1,85,00,000.00(One Crore Eighty Five Lac) over the last 05 (Five) years.d) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset as Credit facilities or Bank Statement of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40.00 (Forty Lac).e) The Tenderer must have Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License, and Authorization Letter.f) All Works not Allowable except under public sector. All other required qualifications, special items & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Tender DocumentsNB: Bills Will Be Paid Subject to Receipt of Money.
