Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in construction works.b) Having experience in Installation of Deep tube well W or W/o supply & installation of minimum 5 HP submersible water Pump Motor setas a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Similar nature work (deep tube well installation) Amount in Tk. 12 (Twelve) Lacs in a single Contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last Three 03(Three) years.c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk.15 (Fifteen) Lacs for within the last Three (03) years. Payment Certificates from Works Contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of Average Annual Construction Turnover.d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form which is attached in section 7) of Tk. 12 (Twelve) lacs.Other formats/documents are not acceptable.e) Up to date Trade license, Vat Registration certificate, Tax clearance Certificate.f) Manufacturer authorization letter mentioning model no. of proposed pump.g) Confirmation certificate of 1 yearwarranty period issued by the manufacturer of proposed brand of pump.h) Minimum 5 years of spare parts supplying assurance certificate issued by the manufacturer for pump motor set. (Mentioning the year from the date of commissioning)i)Up-to-date valid ABC/BC/C Electrical Contractor License obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.j) Electrical Supervisory License obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board (Must be submitted separately).
