Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) The minimum number of years of the general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of at least 1 (One) number of works of the same nature and complexity of Tk. 03.50 Lac(Three point Five zero Lac) in a single contract in the Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 05 (Five) years.(3)The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during the last 05(Five) years of Tk. 10.00 Lac (Ten Lac). Payment Certificates must be submitted as Turnover.(4) The tenders' minimum amount of Liquid assets, working capital, or credit line shall be Tk.5.00 Lac(Five Lac) . Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of the Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose without any alteration.(5) The tender must possess: (1) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate & Up-to-date TIN certificate; (2) Valid VAT registration certificate; (3) Up-to-date trade license; (4) Authorization in an affidavit.(6) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.All other eligibility criteria will be described in TDS.
