Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities.i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building construction/road construction/repair works.ii) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Construction/ repair works including Electromechanical works of 12 storied building with road construction works of Tk 3.00 Crore in a single tender during last five years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under who-s Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk 9.00 Crore Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 2.00 Crore, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.v)All papers shall have to be Up-to-date according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.vi)All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers as well.vii) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or bank gurantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.viii) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.ix) The Tenderer must have valid, updated, and renewed ABC category Contractory and su... - Documents:
