Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit the following documents :1) All supplied equipment must follow SREDA and BSTI standards. Job procedure must follow Power Division/SREDA guidelines.2) Tenderer must visit the job site before tender submission; otherwise tender would be treated as non-responsive. Before site visiting tenderer has to take written permission from the Procuring Entity (PE) of BAPEX.3) Tenderer needs to submit proof of site visit with tender.4) Tenderer must submit detail technical specification, relevant drawings, simulation design (soft copy) & report along with Technical Offer. Solar panel Design must consider shadow, wind effects and other factors as per SREDA guideline.5) Overall warranty of all supplied goods and service should be at least 01 year. PG will be retained 01 year. Panel and inverter warranty as mentioned above. Minimum 04 site visits by technical personnel required during the warranty period.6) Material supply and job completion place: Regional Office, BAPEX, P.C road, Pahartali, Chattogram.7) Tenderer should have at least 02 good track records of relevant (installing minimum 20KWp net metering solar system) work experience in govt./semi-govt/ autonomous institution in Banglaesh.
