  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of lift and electro-mechanical works.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar works under public sector of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [1.80] Lacc) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6.50 Lac over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.Only payment certificate shall be considered for turnover calculation.d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.1.50 Lac. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (PW2A-8.).
