Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in Electrical Repairing works, counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT.The Tenderer must have successfully completed at least 01 (one) similar work/Lift maintenance work of minimum value Tk. 20 (Twenty) lakh in a single contract under any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 03 (Three) years.Required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 23 (Twenty Three) lakh over the last five (5) years (best three years in the last five years). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 19 (Nineteen) lakh only.The Tenderer must possess the following up-to-date document:ABC Category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board (ELB).Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN.VAT Registration Certificate from NBR.Valid Trade License.The Tenderer must have a Commercial Distribution Agreement with Schindler Management Ltd., Switzerland.The Tenderer must provide a Spares Supply Assurance Certificate from the Schindler brand manufacturer.All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT,GCC,& Tender DataSheet(TDS) & Tender Documents
