Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience.2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of at least 01(one) number of lift of KONE Brand/equivalent brand as well as at least 01(one) number of escalator of SCHINDLER Brand/equivalent brand valued not less than Tk. 2.25 (two point two five) Lac of work in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.3. The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk [5.00 (five) Lac] over the last [5(Five)] years.4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 2 25 (two point two five) lac supported by Bank certificate.5. Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate6. The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift/escalator (KONE/CHINDLER) Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer.The bidder shall also have one year experience of maintenance of lift/escalator (KONE/SCHINDLER) brand and must submit the supporting documents.7. Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (KONE) as well as escalator (SCHINDLER) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender.
