Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Only Enlisted A1 or A2 Category Contractors of Education Engineering Department under Dhaka District Possessing Current Renewal Certificate & who are registered in the National e-GP System portal (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 16.00 Lakh only. Date will be counted between the date of publication of Tender notice & date of Tender submission. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted from schedule bank as per CPTU prescribed form. Certificate containing multiple Tender ID will be not acceptable & Bank statement will not be allowed.c) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.d) According to the Letter Memo No : OAM/439/EED/Post Graduate/1666; Dated : 24.12.2019 from Office of The Chief Engineer of Education Engineering Department, the tenderer who has not start his/her work/works within 7 days from signing Contract or Agreement; or 28 days stop work/works without any acceptable reason or schedule stipulated time has paased away but his/her work/works not yet completed, he/she will not be eligible for this tender notice.e) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
