Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.b) Valid VAT registration certificate.c) Up-to-date trade license.d) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Boarde) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having minimum general experience in construction works for 05(Five) year's.f) Specific Experience: (i) Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of electrical works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK. 4.00 (Four) Lacs, in a single contract and years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-gp system.g) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK.20.00 (Tweenty Lacs) This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) yearsh) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK. 3.00 (Three) Lacs, Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5: Tender & Contract Form.i) Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected.
