Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in theconstruction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or ManagementContractor shall be 05 years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in constructionworks of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature and successfully completedwithin the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.6.50 lakh.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities ofthe Tenderer shall be Tk.8.50 lakh.4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater thanTk. 13.00 lakh over the last 05 years.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: TK. 8.50 lakh.6.a) Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.b) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate,VAT Certificate.
